Position Summary:
The Director of Strategic Finance (Treasury, Tax and Stockholders) plays a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy of the company, aligning it with overarching business objectives & stockholder expectations, and ensuring sustainable growth. Responsible for developing and leading the company’s strategy for capitalization, investments, and liquidity, including analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights and support decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's capitalization strategy in alignment with its long-term goals and objectives.
Oversee cash management, capital structure, and financial risk management.
Manage and administer the company’s debt portfolio, including building and maintaining relationships with lenders.
Develop and lead the company’s tax planning and strategy.
Provide and support financial aspects of stockholder services, including timely financial analysis, tax planning support, and effective communication regarding the company and its related entities.
Conduct thorough financial evaluations of prospective investments, to support strategic decision-making.
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Implement robust financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Supervisory:
This position has supervisory responsibilities. These roles and their teams will report into this leader.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
MBA preferred
10 Years Leadership in multiple finance disciplines, including Treasury
People Management
Family business experience preferred
