Skills and Competencies

• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, is required for managing contracts, processing opportunities, and ensuring data integrity
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills are essential to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to interact effectively with client-facing teams and other stakeholders across the organization
• A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take ownership, offer solutions, and drive tasks to completion
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required for daily operational tasks
• Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools, such as Salesforce CPQ or Apttus, is a strong plus

Education

• A graduate degree is required, along with 0-7 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Contract Management

Responsibilities

• This role provides essential tactical and process support to the Global Sales Operations organization, focusing on contract management and data integrity to support the sales lifecycle
• Process closed contracts and opportunities within Salesforce through the booked-verification process
• Manage all contracts, client entitlement data, and associated subscriptions using Salesforce and CPQ systems
• Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.com and other integrated systems to support accurate reporting
• Assist client-facing Account Executives and Account Managers with operational tasks, including forecast updates, account transfers, and bookings attribution
• Address miscellaneous requests and participate in special projects and initiatives as needed to support the Global Sales Operations organization

About the team

Our Global Sales Operations team is responsible for providing critical process and systems support to the entire sales organization. We contribute to Moody's success by ensuring the accuracy of our commercial data, streamlining the contract-to-cash process, and enabling our sales teams to focus on clients and revenue generation.
