We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Senior Analyst to play a critical role in supporting Visa’s Digital Sales transformation. You will be joining a global, center of excellence team chartered to help stand up five regional Digital Sales centers. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the orchestration and execution of sales and tool enablement and ensuring alignment with regional Digital Sales teams.

Responsibilities:
- Support the orchestration and execution of digital sales enablement programs and activities, ensuring alignment with regional sales leadership, sales excellence, and global frameworks
- Partner with sales tools team and digital sales leadership to develop and manage tools enablement materials to drive adoption and utilization across the digital sales tech stack
- Create and manage standards and measurements for regional pipeline generation programs and report on impact from targeted activations
- Partner with regional digital sales enablement and leaders to ensure timely and effective delivery of enablement campaigns for reps
- Upload and maintain enablement content, onboarding learning pathway, AI role plays, and accreditation on Highspot
- Track enablement programs related to sales skills and competencies to improve rep proficiency
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Proven experience in digital sales, campaign operations and activation, enablement, or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Highspot.
- LMS, AI Role Play, and video editing experience a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize enablement performance and impact
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and regions

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,800 to 206,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
