Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, a military role, or similar private sector.
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing remote teams, with global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
- Experience managing security operations and security personnel, and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, international environment, with excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, and subsequent monitoring.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.

- Lead regional Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operations by providing technical, and operational oversight. Lead GSOC operations during crisis and incident response and coordinate with other parts of Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) and the GSOC ecosystem.
- Be a core leader within the GSOC Regional Leadership team and have the knowledge and capability to respond to any global event in support of other GSOC leaders.
- Lead a team of diverse employees and extended workforce including shift staff. Analyze, develop, and strengthen GSOC processes and procedures, and drive development and integration across the GSOC ecosystem.
- Empower the team to utilize the resources and knowledge necessary to manage incidents and escalations.
- Manage GSOC support requests and field requests from stakeholders. Communicate and collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional colleagues, both inside and outside of GSRS.
