How a day to day would look like in this role:  

• Provide specialized technical support in the administration and resolution of security incidents related to Microsoft Defender, Azure AD, and M365 Security.

• Monitor security alerts and events, executing corrective actions and escalating cases according to established procedures.

• Analyze incidents to identify root causes and recommend mitigation actions.

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and incident records to ensure traceability and operational continuity.

• Collaborate with the team to strengthen security best practices.
