About the team

At Zillow, we understand that agents play a critical role in fulfilling our purpose of making home a reality for more and more people. We’re building solutions for agents that provide insight, branding and growth so that they can better serve those consumers looking to move. The brand team creates connection with all audiences so that our brand is top of mind for consumers looking to move and for partners who help make those moves happen.

Within the brand team, our events team designs and executes B2B, B2C, and industry events to create impactful and memorable experiences. Our goal is to drive positive business results and build strong emotional connections between prospects, partners, consumers, employees, and the Zillow brand through high-caliber experiences and partnerships. We are looking for someone to contribute to executing agent sales events to achieve aggressive objectives. This role reports to our Director, Sales Events & Partnerships, and is designated as a remote role.

About the role

The Events Coordinator, Sales Events & Brand Partnerships is a team-player, responsible for supporting the team with a variety of broker and Zillow-owned events. In this role, you'll have increasing responsibility beyond purely administrative duties, owning coordination of smaller broker events. You will also assist event leads with project management support on larger format events.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Communications, and external vendors, to deliver seamless event experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of how events connect to Zillow's business priorities while building foundational skills in event strategy, stakeholder management, and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own coordination of smaller broker events end-to-end, managing all aspects from planning through execution

  • Assist event leads on larger events by project managing workstreams across multiple events, tracking timelines and coordinating with cross-functional partners

  • Ordering event needs including booth requirements, swag, event registration, lead capture tools, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery

  • Manage printing and shipping orders for event materials, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery to event locations

  • Use templates to create event content and materials such as attendee communications, agendas, and speaker briefs

  • Manage event timelines and budgets, tracking expenses and reconciling invoices to ensure events stay within budget parameters

  • Coordinate with vendors including venue contacts, caterers, AV/tech partners, and production companies, building strong relationships that move work forward efficiently

  • Provide clear, accurate direction to event attendees, speakers, and vendors both onsite and virtually, ensuring everyone knows where to be, when to arrive, and what's happening next

  • Proactively and independently recap meetings and event debriefs for the broader team with minimal editing required

  • Identify risks within owned workstreams such as timing conflicts, vendor dependencies, budget concerns, or capacity issues, and flag them early with proposed solutions

  • Contribute ideas on event formats, logistics solutions, run-of-show adjustments, and experience elements that support event objectives and strategies

  • Gather post-event feedback and compile reports on event success metrics, lessons learned, and process improvements

  • Understand how event work supports broader company and brand goals including sales enablement, agent engagement, brand visibility, and partnership development

  • Proactively flag areas or processes in need of improvement such as templates, checklists, or communication flows
