With focus on our SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Platform solutions, you will be working with end-to-end joint engagements with the Partner(s). Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial for achieving revenue target and growth objectives of the territory. Role & Responsibilities
- Be a partner facing advocate to articulate the 3DS value proposition to clients.
- Co-design the go-to-market strategy with the Partner to support, guide, and provide sales and client data insights, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
- Collaborate with the Partner to formulate the 3 Year Business/Transformation and Investment Plan and the 1 Year Development Plan for new markets and industries.
- Work with the Partner to create the revenue sourcing and contribute to the co-marketing plan, reviewing the pipeline and actions on a weekly basis.
- Drive Partner development plans to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the Partner has the necessary certifications to sell the portfolio.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly governance and performance review meetings with Partners to evaluate progress and provide recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in either commercial or business subjects, as well as engineering preferred
- Experience within partner sales management or direct sales, supporting large partners with significant transaction volumes and complex processes, demonstrating significant client program success.
- Solid experience in selling solutions for international or large companies preferably within the Benelux region, preferably within SAAS / IT companies.
- Proven experience in consultative value selling, proactiveness and strong communication skills.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a big plus.
