Location: field-based (Finland)
We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our Surgical Technologies (ST) Business Unit within our Instruments Division in Finland. In this role, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s ST product portfolio across Southern Finland. Our portfolio includes advanced surgical instruments and technologies for fluid, smoke and aerosol evacuation management during procedures.
What you will do?
Manage sales and growth for Stryker’s Surgical Technologies (ST) portfolio in mainly Southern and Western part of Finland (ideally based in Helsinki region).
Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, surgeons, other hospital staff, procurement, medical technology staff and key decision-makers.
Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Provide product training and in-theatre support, including demonstrations and evaluations.
Develop, execute and follow up business plans aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Monitor tenders, prepare quotes, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Represent Stryker at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to strengthen market presence and to expand your network.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Diploma/degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of commercial experience, ideally in medical devices, with direct selling experience (capital equipment preferred).
Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Finnish and English.
Strong relationship-builder with strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; strong commercial and financial acumen.
Passionate about medical technology, driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Empathy and commitment to understanding customer needs and contributing to better healthcare.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (across Finland) as required.
Preferred:
Experience in surgical/hospital environments, medical technology, capital equipment or healthcare.
Knowledge of public procurement processes in Finland.
Previous experience in a multinational organization.
Fluency in Swedish would be a plus.
