The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

As a Workday HCM Manager on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Lead the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) functional areas end-to-end, owning solution design, configuration, and successful delivery
- Advise stakeholders on Workday HCM capabilities by demonstrating features, translating needs into functional options, and recommending best-fit approaches
- Elicit and document requirements and maintain clear artifacts (e.g., process designs, configuration workbooks, and design decisions) to support governance and traceability
- Configure Workday HCM in alignment with approved designs, security/data considerations, and client operating requirements
- Plan and support testing and deployment (e.g., test strategy, defect triage, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and cutover/readiness) through rollout
- Deliver knowledge transfer to the client team, including training, documentation, and transition-to-support activities to enable long-term sustainability
- Provide functional leadership for support team members as needed, including task management, quality review, and issue escalation

Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
- 3+ years of experience driving implementations & configurations of Workday HCM modules
- Actively Workday HCM Certified
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
