  • Support client discovery sessions and workshops by gathering information, documenting requirements, and assisting with cross border use case analysis.
  • Assist Solutions Managers with preparing solution proposals, implementation plans, and readiness materials.
  • Support onboarding and integration activities for cross-border clients and partners under guidance from senior team members.
  • Build foundational knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including banks, processors, correspondent banks, fintech’s, and FX providers.
  • Support the design and delivery of client solutions under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to business growth and client success.
  • Help document functional, technical, and operational requirements for cross border payment solutions.
  • Assist in evaluating solution options and identifying dependencies related to compliance, FX, settlement, and partner readiness.
  • Analyze transaction and corridor data to support identification of trends, growth opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Support tracking of adoption and performance metrics across regions and corridors.
  • Work with product and technology teams to help translate business needs into documented requirements and support testing of new features.
  • Assist with maintaining solution documentation, process flows, and internal knowledge materials.
  • Support ecosystem readiness activities, corridor launches, and performance optimization initiatives
  • Build foundational knowledge of Visa Direct APIs including Card, Account, and Wallet, and assist in explaining technical concepts in a clear and structured manner.
  • Gain exposure to platform capabilities, market nuances, value added services and pricing concepts to support solution analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, technology, and client services to support the delivery of high-quality client solutions and product offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and assist in preparing materials for client engagements and internal review or approval processes.
  • Support analysis related to AML, sanctions, fraud, regulatory, and operational considerations for cross border transactions under guidance from senior team members.
  • Prepare and maintain basic documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and client discussions.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across regions and time zones while building professional, analytical, and technical skills.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • or Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) with 1–3 years of experience
  • Foundational knowledge of payments or financial services, with a strong interest in cross border payments and remittances.
  • Basic understanding of the payment ecosystem, including issuers, processors, acquirers, and payment networks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support actionable insights.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing presentations, summaries, and documentation.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Team oriented mindset with enthusiasm for working across geographies and organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with AML, sanctions screening, payments risk, or fraud concepts is plus.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical documentation, data flows, and system interactions.
  • Passion for global payments, remittance innovation, and financial inclusion.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 123,000.00 to 190,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
