    Job Overview

    Relativity seeks a UX Intern to research, design and build simple, powerful experiences across our products, including RelativityOne (SaaS). We want a motivated user advocate with a portfolio showcasing problem-solving in software and workflow design. You apply design thinking to diverse tasks, turning constraints and feedback into solutions.


    You'll work with cross-functional teams to build market-leading products, collaborating with Product Design, User Research, UX Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Documentation.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Responsibilities   

    • Participate in UX team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and group critiques.   

    • Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather insights.      

    • Build interactive prototypes for user testing.    

    • Work alongside designers to develop and refine visual assets and style guides.     

    • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).    

    • Conduct competitor research.    

    • Assist in maintaining UX documentation and design system libraries.    

    • Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.    

    • Assist in basic front-end implementation (if applicable, using HTML/CSS).   

      

    Qualifications  

    • Current student, pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in User Experience, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology or another relevant discipline.  

    • A portfolio of work that highlights your problem-solving skills and experience using a variety of methods to solve user challenges.  

    • Effective communication skills both within your teams and with users  

    • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data  

    • Interests in using HTML, CSS and other UI technologies  

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    $43,000 and $55,000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
