The position has primary responsibility for the Export & Agency Finance pillar within Trade, globally.

The transactor, as a part of the EAF Korea team, will work with Export & Agency Finance global team and other partners, for Korea related transactions, support Korean Export Agency discussions for EAF transactions and will drive execution with Korean CB and CCB clients.

• Complying with EAF product program, ICG credit policy, other Citi policies and various OECD arrangement requirements relevant to EAF business;
• Portfolio management of EAF Korea assets - EAF Korea Limit management, Utilization, Amendment, Waiver, and etc.
• Leading execution with Citi clients in Korean region for EAF solutions, under the guidance of the Regional EAF Team Leader;
• Building and managing internal stakeholder partnership with TTS Sales, Industry Coverage, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking organizations in Korea;
• Building and developing relationship with key ECAs in Korea – K-SURE and KEXIM, as well as maintaining dialogue with large Korean exporters (with potential for using Korean Agency solutions for Citi clients globally);
• Working with cross regional EAF colleagues to support execution/origination of Korean Agency solutions for Citi clients globally or to support the financing with overseas Agencies for Korean clients;
• Developing and maintaining a relationship with K-SURE and KEXIM
  • In-depth knowledge of their products, programs, approval processes and requirements;
  • Maintaining access to key decision makers and transactors on a regular basis;
  • Proposing and getting approvals for new structures and deals.
• Working with Citi relationship bankers on credit approvals and interacting with risk managers in Korea; and

preparing approval memos, leading discussions with EAF Risk Approval process, assisting relationship bankers in product discussions and pitches with clients.

• 수출신용기관금융 관련 연례보고서 포함 리스크 관리

자격 요건

• 구조화 금융 및 파이낸싱 개시 경험 보유
• 우수한 대인관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 계약서 등 서류 작업 경험 우대
• 시간 및 프로젝트 관리 능력 바탕의 멀티태스킹 역량 
• 글로벌 비즈니스 파트너와의 협업 및 소통 능력 
• MS Office 및 캐시플로우 모델링에 대한 기초 지식
