You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders for Epic applications
  • Provide strategic guidance on Epic system design, configuration, and optimization to meet organizational goals
  • Oversee complex build and integration efforts across multiple Epic modules
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic workflows and functionality, ensuring best practices are implemented
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts and team members on Epic processes and standards. 
  • Manage large-scale Epic upgrade and enhancement projects, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with leadership to align Epic capabilities with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop advanced documentation, training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years focused on Epic systems
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP and/or AP applications
  • Proven experience leading complex Epic implementation or optimization projects
  • Proven solid understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Epic certifications across multiple modules
  • Experience with enterprise-level integration, HL7 interfaces, and healthcare interoperability standards
  • Background in project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership on strategic technology initiatives
  • Solid facilitation and presentation skills for senior-level audiences
  • Knowledge of emerging healthcare technologies and trends

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
