Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst Co-Pilot for Targeted Nutrition is essential to driving profitable growth within the Holistic Health Division. This role collaborates with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other key functions to support the Sr. Finance Manager in managing the Monthly Business Planning process and overall P&L.
Key responsibilities include monitoring budget versus actual spend, conducting cost analyses, and identifying variances across the P&L. The analyst will assess profitability during the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting, analyze marketing expenses, and report financial results to enhance business performance. This position plays a vital role in optimizing processes and supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.
This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance to our Corporate HQ in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Support product innovation and renovation projects by developing P&L scenarios
- Manage P&L budgets through collaboration with sales and marketing, including fund reviews, monthly forecasting accuracy, budget change approvals, and Pricing vs. RIG analysis
- Partner with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to optimize costs
- Ensure accurate monthly P&L forecasts by actively participating in business planning meetings and inputting forecasts into the FIT Tool
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams to optimize MC/product mix
- Support Period End Close (PEC) processes by ensuring P&L accuracy, performing variance analysis, creating financial reports, and assisting with presentations
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and reporting practices, implementing changes as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent ; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Finance Management and/or Accounting
- Background in consumer products or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of the principles of cost accounting and activity-based costing

- Strong ability to interpret data and communicate potential opportunities and risks
- Ability to understand and convey the drivers of product profit and loss
- Skilled in analyzing data and presenting insights in a concise, structured manner
- Results-focused self-starter with an end-to-end business mindset, natural curiosity, and independent thinking
- Committed to delivering accurate financial analytics with a focus on quality and thought leadership
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to changes
The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000- $105,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
