At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced and driven commercial leader to lead our Surgical Technologies business across the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland & Iceland).
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving sustainable growth through people leadership, strong commercial execution, and strategic development of the region.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales organisation and work closely with customers, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders to expand market presence and accelerate adoption of current and future technologies.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team across the Nordic region
Drive a strong performance culture through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability
Own the regional sales strategy and execution, translating business objectives into actionable plans
Deliver against quarterly and annual business targets, contributing to operating income through effective commercial leadership
Manage capital equipment sales cycles alongside recurring revenue and pipeline development, ensuring accurate forecasting
Support and lead key negotiations, contract discussions, and major customer engagements together with your team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and KOLs across the region
Identify market dynamics, growth opportunities, and emerging trends, taking a proactive and creative approach to new business development
Collaborate closely with internal enabling teams (contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service, finance) to ensure a seamless customer experience and order-to-cash process
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
10+ years of commercial experience within MedTech, healthcare, or a related industry
Proven people leadership experience, with a track record of building, coaching, and leading sales teams
Strong background in capital sales and complex sales environments
Demonstrated ability to drive performance across a geographically dispersed region
Strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen and business planning capability
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approx. 60%)
Nice-to-haves
Experience with innovative or disruptive technologies, including market creation
Exposure to sustainability-driven solutions or value-based selling
Experience operating in multi-country or matrix environments
