Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Project Delivery Specialist(PDS) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

• Optimize physical models for Databricks Lakehouse architecture
• Conduct data profiling and quality analysis
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical models
• Document data model artifacts including models, data dictionaries, and metadata
• Conduct workshops and present data models to technical and business stakeholders
• Assist in creating source-to-target mapping documents for ETL processes
• Establish and enforce data modeling standards and governance frameworks

Qualifications

Required

• Data modeling experience (Dimensional modeling required, Plus: 3NF, Data Vault)
• Deep banking domain knowledge (lending, deposits etc.)
• Databricks and modern data Lakehouse architecture expertise
• Advanced SQL and knowledge of ETL pipelines
• Experience with source-to-target mapping and data lineage documentation
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
