Google’s Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services. Google Customers Solutions (GCS) is the second largest organization within the GBO. It helps businesses “grow with Google'' by providing marketing solutions to help them acquire, onboard, grow and retain customers. GCS is the global leader in digital ads, empowering Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) with precision-targeted campaigns, data-driven insights and an AI-supercharged sales team.
In this role, you will develop and execute the communications for the President of GCS and provide advisory support to the GCS Executive Team. You will be a problem-solver and analyse complex issues, break them down, and help the President of GCS communicate, using written and spoken channels (e.g., emails, blog posts, presentations, videos, etc.).
You will be a member of the GBO internal comms team working to inform, inspire, and engage GBO employees globally with consistent messaging, stories of purpose, progress, and growth, reinforcing how the team and Google's innovation are enabling customer and partner success.
It's our job to help inform and educate users, advertisers, partners, opinion leaders--and our own employees--about the benefits of Google's products, our distinctive company culture/values, and our approach to the big public policy issues of the day. Things happen quickly at Google and to get stuff done here you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally and isn't hesitant to take risks or try new things.
