•Deep expertise in full-cycle talent attraction with hands-on requisition ownership across a defined job-skills bucket
•Strong ability to operate as a global program lead, coordinating recruiting delivery, updates, and priorities across regions
•Proven capability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative inputs into clear, executive-ready insights
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with comfort partnering closely with AVP and VP-level leaders
•Analytical mindset with experience monitoring pipeline health, market signals, and delivery performance
•Experience working in technology-enabled recruiting environments, including ATS, CRM, dashboards, and reporting tools
•Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
Responsibilities
•Serve as a global program lead and individual contributor, driving consistent recruiting delivery, visibility, and insights for a defined job-skills bucket while maintaining hands-on requisition ownership.
•Act as the primary coordination point for the assigned job-skills bucket, consolidating regional inputs into clear updates on progress, priorities, risks, and actions
•Establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm for the bucket, ensuring consistent inputs, follow-ups, and leadership visibility
•Maintain an active individual requisition load and manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
•Execute advanced recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles and support alignment on role definition and hiring approach
•Monitor pipeline health, market signals, and delivery performance across regions, escalating risks with recommended actions
•Translate recruiting data and qualitative insights into concise, executive-ready materials to support decision-making
•Partner with TA Operations, technology teams, and regional TA leaders to support process improvements, tool adoption, and special initiatives
•Reinforce consistent recruiting standards and ways of working while contributing to continuous improvement across regions
