Job Details

The Liquidity Management Operations (LMS) Team Lead is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the LMS Operations team. Additionally, act as SME on major projects that will have a direct impact on the daily operational process across the region.

The overall objective is to evaluate moderately complex and variable LMS issues with substantial potential impact and recommend an approach.

We are looking for an individual who has curiosity, drive, strong communication skills and the ability to execute, coordinate and lead operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and utilize leadership capabilities and negotiation skills to successfully work with local, regional and global teams across Liquidity Operations, Tech and Product.
  • Support with Issues Management policy & procedures, including identification and formalization of operational issues that may represent a risk to the LMS TTS Client Operations organization
  • Manage a set of assigned projects; Developing plans, tracking progress of deliverables, performing analysis, ensuring all project delivery documentation is in place to the required standard and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets Operations objective, ensuring requirements are strategic, clearly documented, well understood by all stakeholders including Technology and backed by a business case, cost benefit analysis, tangible benefits and associated KPIs
  • Proactively managing the communication of status, issues, resolution and risks to the Sponsor and key stakeholders on a timely basis, and engaged in/driving working groups, senior forums, and workshops where required
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders acting as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • First level escalation on topics related to Operations
  • Ensure deliverables expected from area are generated and distributed on time and with the quality expected


Qualifications:

  • 5+ of years of experience in a related role in Liquidity operations and management
  • Demonstrated operations experience & knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills it’s a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with the ability to demonstrate this throughout your professional development.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or other relevant discipline
  • Master’s degree is a plus
