Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies, particularly in the context of internal corporate systems
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical delivery or project management, with a focus on new technologies to improve processes and drive success for internal teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, SmartSheet, and related software, with the ability to leverage AI tools and build intelligent agents to enhance productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels; proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail and the capacity to make data‑driven decisions while managing multiple projects in dynamic environments
  • Ability to pivot between roles such as Business Analyst or Scrum Master as needed to support project success
  • Option 1: Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred
Responsibilities
Leads end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead delivery of multiple, concurrent technology projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success measures while clearly communicating progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Guide and support cross‑functional delivery teams by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and constraints; develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize disruption
  • Select and apply appropriate delivery frameworks and maintain delivery artifacts using standard collaboration and work‑management platforms
  • Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements; analyze data and processes to recommend practical, value‑driven solutions

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day‑to‑day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and advance innovation, including the adoption of AI‑driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, the team helps ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward‑looking, and positioned for continued growth.
