As SoftwareOne's Global Microsoft Center of Excellence, we identify new business opportunities and work closely with our strategic partner, Microsoft, to design innovative, efficient technology solutions. We stay ahead of technology trends, define best practices, and create architectures to accelerate solution delivery and provide faster time-to-value for our customers. Responsible for global delivery and (Pre-) sales, we define training and enablement requirements across 19 locations, impacting over a thousand employees. As a credible voice in the Microsoft space, we share our expertise at industry events and webinars.

The MXDR For Sentinel Engineer is responsible for the build and maintenance of the Managed Extended Detection & Response for Microsoft Sentinel service. He will work on implementing best practices, fixing problems, and innovating the product. 

Primary responsibilities will be to:

• Product Build & Innovation: Lead the engineering efforts for the creation and improvements of the Managed Extended Detection & Response for Microsoft Sentinel service accelerating time-to-value for SoftwareOne customers. 

• Strategic Partnership: Collaboration with Microsoft, including the realization of joint Security initiatives, ensure our service is at the cutting edge of technology and market needs.  

• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal Centres of Excellence and service units to promote integration and synergy across our joined initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to solution development, architecture and delivery.  

• Product & Delivery: Implement product strategies that align with our corporate goals, driving growth of the MXDR for Sentinel service increasing customer base and customer satisfaction.  

• Delivery Excellence: Elevate our delivery efforts and Innovate the product by being a trusted advisor, leading engineer, for strategic MXDR For Sentinel service.  

• SoftwareOne Microsoft Portfolio Development: Champion the development of our SWO Microsoft 365 and Security Portfolio development, setting global delivery and engineering standards and integrating repeatable components to stay ahead of technological advancements
