Job Details
The role reports into the Mass Product Enablement function for Risk & Identity Solutions, an integral role in supporting Visa’s Value-added Services (VAS) across the CEMEA region. This role is pivotal in driving mass enablement initiatives, supporting solution owners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business results. The successful candidate will blend program management, business analytics, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the overall execution of mass go-to-market initiatives across the region to achieve revenue goals
- Work within operating models and service SLAs to execute at scale
- Be the operational owner of the assigned mass program rollout
- Partnering with stakeholders to align on mass initiatives objectives, priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and own project planning for mass programs
- Monitoring and reporting on Program KPIs’, milestones, progress, risks and success metrics.
- Leveraging data analytics with special focus on fraud and transaction insights, market insights, and client feedback to identify opportunities and best practices for Mass Product Enablement
- Developing and maintaining mass enablement assets, plans and resources
- Define clear criteria, processes and alignment in each enablement initiative design
- Execute Mass Enablement operations with a high level of efficiency and consistency
- Provide analytical support including fraud metrics, client engagement, revenue analytics to show overall program value.
- Communicate mass program performance results and insights via presentations, reports, and workshops.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Professional:
- Overall career experience of 10-12 years. Post Graduate qualification with a business, data, or other relevant degree
- 5+ years in product operations or sales/sales engineering support for fraud and risk solutions in banking/fintech is an advantage.
- Proven track record in driving business impact at scale in highly complex B2B environments through excellent program management and operational execution skills.
- Preferably has experience supporting mass product activations working at a fintech/banking operations ecosystem.
- Familiarity with payments analytics as well as analytics that support fraud risk optimization.
- Experience with Fraud platform solutions in the banking/fintech space is an advantage
Technical:
- The candidate should be proficient in leveraging Generative AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Project Management Certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to generate data-driven insights.
- Understanding of risk and fraud data landscape including key parameters used in this domain
- High level of competence with leveraging program management, visualization and data tools and applications
