Job Details

The ATM Product and Channel lead is responsible for governance of the ATM channel in Asia South & Asia North cluster by providing subject matter expertise in operating and managing the ATM fleet in Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE. This will also involve owning the ATM product in region and managing the enhancements. The role reports in to the Regional ATM Channel Manager and will involve formulating strategic go-to operating models and manage day to day execution of ATM related projects and regulatory/technology mandated initiatives. This will involve interacting with our technology, operations and business partners and will provide opportunity to get trained in the functioning of state of art and modern ATM Infrastructure, gain knowledge of latest ATM Application suite and services

The Regional ATM Channel management team provides strategic and tactical inputs to the APAC businesses in running the ATM Channel and the key objective is to provide best in class, secure, global standard experience for all customers interacting with Citi’s ATM Channel, This role will provide good exposure to Citi’s senior leadership and help gain an understanding in the way we undertake the Transformation of the channel

Responsibilities:

  • Be fully engaged with the global team and lead the regional team for all operational activities related to ATM Channel Initiatives/Program/Projects. Work with each market to build, execute and monitor the project plans for successful roll-out of each deliverable
  • Manage the ATM product for the region, owning product related enhancements which are business or tech driven and work with technology, operations, business partners to own the delivery of these changes
  • Day-to-day management of all regional initiatives including milestone setting & tracking, task and actions management. Support, execute and/ or maintain oversight on all centrally run tech and business projects
  • Work closely with the markets to understand and be fully updated and current on all regulatory / local shared network related asks. Providing implementation / post implementation project support
  • Maintain a live and accurate data warehouse of critical business metrics including transactional and financial data
  • Work closely with the finance teams to access and analyses all financial information related to the ATM channel
  • Maintain an oversight of all Issues/CAPs/REs in the region and tracking and reporting to regional and global forums
  • Formulation of BRDs (business requirements document), help gather business requirements and translate technical specifications pertaining to ATM Application and own the delivery of solutions to our business
  • Work closely with cash operations teams in the region to resolve customer disputes and/or regulatory claims as a result of such disputes, Able to work with technology partners to analyze system logs and provide details analysis as required


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience
  • Advanced working knowledge in the ATM Operations or Payments space
  • Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
  • Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
  • Desire to improve processes
  • Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
  • Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
  • Team player and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
  • Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of the SDLC


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
