Job Details
Tilt is looking for a Product Manager to join our Leave Lifecycle Experience team and help us scale our business by owning and evolving the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators—from intake through return-to-work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business goals, measurable impact, long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and regulatory considerations
- Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences
- Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
- Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
- Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
- Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted
You’re a great fit if you:
- Bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Have experience in the leave of absence industry
- Have experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
- Are skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if not deeply technical yourself
- Have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission
- Are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can help figure things out
- Are comfortable using multiple systems at once and can learn software quickly
- Are fearlessly flexible and curious, thriving in environments where not all answers are known
- Have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Total Compensation
The projected annual salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 USD plus stock options (ISOs), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
Additional benefits include:
