The incumbent should execute strategies with various segments such as KOL engagement, achieve sales & call rate targets & ensure that the marketing objectives are attained for Facial Aesthetic products.
The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all AbbVie internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements. AbbVie internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements and objectives. Responsible for hiring and performance management for Facial Aesth dedicated sales team in Taiwan.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving annual sales target and drive positive sales trends for AA portfolio.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for aesthetics products; attain team and individual sales/call rate targets; forecast sales trends.
- Assist in annual sales budgeting, monitor sales expenses, collections, and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; propose improvement plans.
- Fortify healthy engagement with customers, constant feedback of market trend and physician insights.
- Patient centric approach to proactively address customer needs.
- Apply Key account management approach for focused accounts and facilitate the cross-functional collaborations to deliver account plan and achieve goals.
- Regular engagement with key customers (clinics, hospitals, aesthetic centers); patient-centric approach; gather market feedback, physician insights; apply key account management.
- Manage a sales team and execute strategies with various segments by focusing on key customers. Provide timely feedback and coach to team members.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal for new product launches and promotional activities.
- Accurately communicate product knowledge, clinical usage, regulatory guidelines; assist customers with product queries.
- Recruit, train, motivate, manage sales team to drive performance and execution excellence.
- Help the sales team to plans and organizes effective territory call cycle, ensures productive use of all resources. Organizes and maintains territory records/customer data and submits reports in a timely manner. Manages expenses as per guidelines. Complies with all administrative requirements and applicable policies.
- Support sales team in planning and organizing effective territory call cycles, maintain customer data/records, timely report submission, and expense management.
- Comply with company policies and regulatory/ethical standards.
Education Experience/Qualification
- Bachelor Degree or above in Sciences or Healthcare related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of field force experience, with 3-5 years leadership experience.
- With experience in GP and self-pay products are highly preferred
- Strong sales performance management, people management, territory management and key account management capabilities.
- Self-starter, quick learner and a positive thinking person with good integrity.
- Territory analytical, planning and resource allocation skills.
- Coaching and performance management.
- People management skills.
- Good relationship and communication with Thought Leaders.
- Planning, problem solving, negotiation and time management.
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
