You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are scalable, operationally ready, and deliver a world-class employee experience.

    • Innovative Mindset: Champion new ideas, tools, and technologies that automate, streamline, and enhance People programs and workflows.
    • Stakeholder Empathy: Build trusted relationships by understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into scalable, user-centered solutions.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead the delivery of global People/HR programs in partnership with COEs and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
    • Develop and execute change management and service delivery readiness plans for new and evolving programs, processes, and practices.
    • Track program performance and service delivery metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
    • Gather and synthesize employee and stakeholder feedback to inform program design and delivery enhancements.
    • Design and deliver enablement, training, and communications to support consistent adoption across People Services and PEX teams.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the employee experience.
    • Facilitate retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and drive iterative improvements.
    • Support global project execution with a strong focus on risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 3+ years of experience in HR or People program management with exposure to global initiatives and employee experience

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Prior success driving process improvement and operational excellence
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across levels and geographies
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and deliver results collaboratively
    • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with a global-first mindset
