We are on the lookout for a Senior Engineer, Salesforce to join the Vendor Tech vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Workflows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development.
Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing high quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third party systems for enterprises using SOAP, RESTFUL Services.
Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (github actions/drone ci). Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using LWC.
Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework, Live Agent, Omnichannel. Building APIs using(Python/Golang/Node) on AWS/GCP.
Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript and a Certification on SF developer(Platform Dev II) would be nice.
Experience developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Case Management, AWS and GCP
Nice to have:
Strong understanding of relational databases and object-oriented programming.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP, gRPC, etc.).
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Advanced Developer, Architect) are a plus.
Passion for engineering best practices, high-quality code, and automated testing.
