Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Rider Fundamentals Domain on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for how information, safety guidance, and learning are presented to riders in the app. You will own important areas of the app used by over 1 million riders globally, including the app’s information architecture, the Safety tab, and in-app education and onboarding experiences. Your mission is to ensure riders receive the right information at the right time — clearly structured, relevant, and increasingly contextual — to support rider performance, engagement, and safety on the road.

This area plays an important role in how riders understand the app, discover what matters to them, and improve over time.

What will you do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for your product area.

  • Proactively identify opportunities, problems, and improvement areas by building bottom-up ideas and hypotheses, and validating them through discovery, data, and user insights.

  • Define success metrics for engagement, comprehension, and safety-related outcomes, and use data to guide prioritization and iteration.

  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to build scalable, high-quality solutions that work across markets and rider segments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, other Product teams, and Brands) to align on priorities and ensure global solutions meet local needs.

  • Design and evolve engaging, motivational experiences (e.g. Rider Wrapped and future celebratory or progress-based features) that bring moments of fun into the rider app and strengthen riders’ emotional connection to the platform.

  • Contribute to the broader Safety agenda by designing experiences that help riders understand risks, track their safety performance, and adopt safer behaviors.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally on consumer-facing or mobile products.

  • Strong proactive mindset with the ability to independently generate, structure, and test product ideas and hypotheses.

  • Data-driven approach, with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with Engineering and Design in cross-functional teams.

  • Clear, structured communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with onboarding, in-app education, behavior-change products or gamification.

  • Exposure to high-scale or multi-market products.

  • Background in marketplace, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
