Summary of the Role:
Thomson Reuters is seeking a data-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist, E-Commerce to own strategy and hands-on execution across various paid media channels and platforms including Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads for our B2B ecommerce growth.
You will lead full-funnel acquisition and retargeting, optimize product feeds to power Shopping/Performance Max and catalog campaigns, and measure impact via Adobe Analytics. This role balances strategic planning with day-to-day campaign management, budget pacing, experimentation, and clear reporting to revenue goals.
About the Role:
- Make budget and channel recommendations for investment in paid media marketing programs to deliver against ecommerce sales goals for Print and Digital Software products.
- Own and report on the outcomes of paid media investments, including optimization plans to address gaps between target and actual performance.
- Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive ecommerce revenue and qualified demand.
- Work with technical teams to generate and optimize product data feeds (Merchant Center, feed tools) to improve coverage, data quality, and performance.
- Run structured testing (audience, creative, landing pages), manage budgets to ROAS/CAC targets, and deliver weekly insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Creative, Web, and Sales to align messaging and conversion paths.

- Core channel expertise
- Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube; query mining, negatives, bid strategies
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: prospecting, retargeting, creative/audience testing
- Feed-based advertising: Google Merchant Center; feed tools (e.g., Feedonomics/DataFeedWatch); data quality rules and troubleshooting
- Technical feed quality optimization and enhancements via business rules
- Bidding strategy familiarity and testing including target CPL, ROAS based-bidding etc
- Optimization and experimentation
- Structured testing: audiences, creatives, landing pages; incrementality and lift where applicable
- Budget management and pacing; spend allocation by channel/campaign to targets
- Technical & Analytics Skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Adobe Analytics experience
- Feed optimization tool experience with Feedonomics or similar platform
- Basic understanding of CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce, Eloqua)
- Collaboration and communication
- Clear, executive-ready reporting and recommendations
- Cross-functional partnering with Creative, Web/RevOps, Sales
About You
- 3–5 years hands-on B2B paid media experience with direct platform ownership
- Strong history of cross-functional partnership with marketing and web teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google ads certification
- Demonstrated success driving ecommerce outcomes (transactions, ROAS, CP Conv improvements)

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
