DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Supports the customer-facing sales force through the complete sales rhythm—from lead generation to closure. Provides coordination, administrative support, and order management activities under limited supervision to enable strong secondary sales performance with key account customers.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support
- Responds to incoming electronic customer enquiries (emails, forms) and customer calls, escalating to a senior Inside Sales Coordinator when required.
- Focuses on secondary sales management for key account customers, ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Compiles budgetary quotations for simple jobs, gathering technical data, lead times, customer presentations, and other relevant information to support the sales team.
Order Management
- Receives and processes orders, issues order acknowledgements, creates invoices, and prepares shipping notices for simple and well-documented transactions.
- Communicates order status, inventory status, and related updates to the customer-facing sales force following established procedures.
- Assists in resolving customer issues including shipment-related concerns and basic post-sales support.
Customer Visits, Events & Coordination
- Schedules customer visits, dealer meetings, and events, and actively participates in planning and execution.
- Supports branch personnel in retail product sales where tasks are standardized and repetitive.
Reporting & Inventory Analysis
- Compiles and analyzes inventory/stock level reports as per established processes.
- Provides recurring and ad-hoc data inputs to assist with sales planning, forecasting, and account-related decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience meeting regulatory requirements.
- This position may require licensing to comply with export control or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Some relevant work experience preferred.
- Intermediate-level knowledge obtained through prior training or on-the-job exposure to sales, customer service, or administrative processes.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong focus on driving secondary sales for key account customers.
- Ability to engage customers through calls, emails, and structured follow-ups.
- Understanding of basic sales processes, order management, and customer service workflows.
- Knowledge of internal systems and documentation processes (training provided).
- Coordination skills to support branch teams, customer events, and sales execution activities.
