Skills and Competencies
  • 5–8 years’ experience in sales operations, business analysis, Salesforce administration, CPQ, or Lead-to-Cash process optimization.
  • Strong hands on expertise with Salesforce and Conga/Apttus (CPQ, CLM, Order Management).
  • Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions, including LLM-driven automations, intelligent agents, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, crafting and refining prompts for AI agents, guided selling, quoting automation, and conversational interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into AI-enabled processes, including rules, decision trees, and predictive models.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, journey mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools, such as quoting agents, pricing intelligence tools, or Salesforce Einstein/GenAI features.
  • Technical knowledge of Salesforce automations (Flows, Apex basics), CPQ configuration rules, pricing engines, and contract lifecycle automation.\
  • Experience building or maintaining AI agents for CPQ, such as guided selling, discount recommendation engines, or autonomous quoting bots.
  • Salesforce or CPQ/CLM certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Conga Certifications).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, enterprise AI model deployment pipelines, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or enterprise LLM orchestration platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Einstein GPT).
Responsibilities AI & Automation Leadership
  • Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of GenAI and autonomous agent solutions across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and Order Management.
  • Develop AI-driven workflows for key Lead-to-Cash steps including quoting, pricing, contract review, approvals, and order submission.
Process Optimization
  • Analyze and optimize the Quote-to-Order and Lead-to-Cash processes using advanced automation, predictive analytics, and AI augmentation.
  • Identify inefficiencies and design solutions leveraging AI agents, RPA, and intelligent workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Lead workshops to evangelize AI opportunities and drive alignment across teams.
AI Tool & Agent Development
  • Configure, prototype, and deploy AI-driven capabilities such as:
    • Auto-quoting agents that generate or validate quotes.
    • Intelligent contract review powered by LLMs.
    • Opportunity scoring models and predictive deal insights.
    • AI chatbots for CPQ support, guided selling, and rep assistance.
    • Recommendation agents for pricing, discounts, renewals, and upsells.
Prompt Engineering
  • Build, refine, and govern prompt frameworks used across sales workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business alignment.
  • Design role-based prompts for Sales Reps, Sales Ops, Legal, and Finance use cases.
Intelligent Pricing & Revenue Optimization
  • Implement and maintain pricing recommendation engines using historical deal data, win/loss patterns, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales on AI-led pricing strategy enhancements.
Data Management
  • Support data quality initiatives, feature engineering for AI models, and the creation of structured datasets for analytics.
  • Ensure Salesforce and CPQ data models support current and future AI applications.
Change Management & Adoption
  • Document workflows, create training material, drive user adoption, and measure success of AI transformation.
  • Lead demos and training sessions to promote new AI capabilities.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track KPIs, usage analytics, and ROI for AI and automation initiatives.
  • Continuously refine models, prompts, and processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
Innovation Leadership
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agentic workflows, Salesforce AI capabilities, and CPQ automation trends.
  • Recommend new tools, optimization opportunities, and architectural enhancements.
