  • Join a team where your ideas actually shape what we build. We’re looking for someone who loves bringing concepts to life, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and enjoys the blend of creativity, structure, and problem‑solving that great product work requires. If you’re someone who communicates clearly, thinks strategically, and gets excited about improving products people rely on, this role is for you.

    About the Role:

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle and contribute to the strategy, execution, and evolution of our propositions, products, and services. Your impact will span from early concept development to launch and beyond.

    • Leading end‑to‑end development of specifications for new and existing propositions, products, and services.

    • Driving definition, planning, production, release, and end‑of‑life processes.

    • Managing product launches and post‑launch enhancements, including design, development, and rollout activities.

    • Participating in or leading cross‑functional meetings to ensure delivery is on time and within scope.

    • Creating standards, processes, policies, and supporting product testing/validation efforts.

    • Developing business cases or proposals to secure approval and organizational support for new initiatives.

    • Conducting market and competitive analysis to inform positioning, strategy, and product direction.

    About You:

You’re a proactive problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset. You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and enjoy working with both technical and commercial teams.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to different audiences.

    • A blend of communication + technical understanding that allows you to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

    • Bachelor's Degree in related areas, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience working in product development, product ownership, or a related field.

    • Experience conducting market or competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

    • Ability to support commercial‑facing teams with client engagement and retention activities when needed.

    • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including launch and sunsetting processes.

    • English language proficiency (speaking and writing); a bachelor’s degree is not required if you have equivalent experience.
