The Opportunity

As part of the Health Pharma & Life Sciences (PLS) R&D Managed Services team you will define innovative offerings and enhance established services while driving the growth of junior resources and teams. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, securing the delivery of exceptional quality to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our practice while mentoring the next generation of leaders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Enhance existing services to deliver remarkable client satisfaction

- Mentor and develop junior team members to build future leaders

- Oversee project delivery, maintaining exceptional standards of quality

- Work with teams to foster a dynamic and supportive work environment

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations and R&D transformation

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

- Demonstrating executive-level leadership in Clinical Operations and R&D

- Leading complex engagements and managing client relationships

- Ideating and developing innovative offerings and solutions

- Advancing cycle time, cost, and quality objectives

- Translating complex clinical issues into actionable insights

- Contributing to business development and proposal efforts

- Fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
