Introduction to the team

As a Designer on Expedia Group’s Partner Design team, you’ll help bring our B2B brand and products to life across the digital ecosystem — from web and email to sales enablement and campaign assets. You’ll not only support, but also help originate campaign ideas and visual platforms, translating complex stories into clear, modern design. You’ll collaborate with copy, content, and marketing partners, and you’ll work with freelancers and external designers — steering their work to ensure everything feels cohesive, scalable, and unmistakably Expedia Group for our B2B customers.

In this role, you will

• Own end to end design for projects across web, email, partner web, social, paid digital, sales collateral, and product marketing assets – from early sketches to final files.
• Help originate and shape campaign ideas and visual platforms, not just support them – working with writers, senior designers and marketers to turn strategy into clear, compelling stories for B2B audiences.
• Translate concepts into scalable design systems, templates, and asset toolkits that can be used by internal teams and freelancers; review and steer freelance work to keep it on brand and on brief.
• Apply and stretch our brand and design systems across B2B touchpoints, spotting smart opportunities to evolve patterns, components, and layouts.
• Create production ready files and specs for digital channels; collaborate with developers and marketing ops from handoff through QA to ensure accurate delivery.
• Use performance data, research, and feedback to iterate on work, improve usability, and strengthen how our digital experiences perform.
• Contribute to team rituals (crits, inspiration shares, retros) and help uphold a high bar for craft, accessibility, and design quality.

Experience and Qualifications
• 3–5 years’ experience as a digital or visual designer, ideally in an agency environment, with in house experience a bonus.
• A portfolio of digital work (web, email, social, presentations, sales tools) that shows strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and systems thinking across campaigns and programs.
• Experienced working within brand and design systems and excited to help evolve them – components, templates, guidelines, and design ops.
• Familiar with user centred and responsive design principles; you understand how your decisions play out across devices, flows, and real partner journeys.
• Proficient in industry standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion, prototyping, or basic UX skills are a plus.
• Organized and detail oriented, with experience juggling multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Confident presenting work, explaining your rationale, and giving/receiving feedback with writers, marketers, and freelance partners.
• Curious and self directed: you care about B2B brand design, follow digital and design trends, and are looking for a role where you can stretch, take more ownership, and grow your impact.
