    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Knowledge Specialist to maintain and continuously improve the Relativity Knowledgebase, ensuring our customers and internal teams have access to clear, accurate, and up-to-date information. This role is ideal for someone who loves organizing complex information, improving content usability, and working cross-functionally to enhance knowledge experiences across the company.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Responsibilities 

    • Maintain, update, and optimize the Relativity Knowledgebase to ensure all content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand and style guidelines. 

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical writers, support teams, and product owners to ensure standardizations for documenting product knowledge. 

    • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve content discoverability, structure, and user experience. 

    • Monitor analytics and user feedback to inform continuous improvements to the Knowledgebase. 

    • Ensure the Relativity Knowledgebase is following KCS best practices  

    • Support new releases and initiatives by coordinating documentation updates and content audits. 

    • Advocate for a knowledge-centered approach (KCS or similar) across the organization. 

    • KB visibility/promotion 

     

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Science, Technical Writing, or related field. 

    • Familiarity with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology required 

    • 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or technical documentation. 

    • Strong understanding of knowledge platforms, knowledge architecture, and content governance. 

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to clarity and structure. 

    • Experience collaborating across departments to manage complex content lifecycles. 

    • Experience with Relativity or other SaaS platforms a plus.

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    96 000 and 144 000PLN

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
