Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Lead or support configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including managed packages like Litify, Box integration, S-Docs, and Conga, to meet business requirements within the legal and public sector domains.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RESTful Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and internal data systems.
- Provide subject matter expertise in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring optimized service operations and sales process workflows.
- Design and implement Legal Case Management and generalized Case Management solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices.
- Serve as a key resource for cross-functional teams and business partners during discovery, solution design, testing, training, rollout, and support.
- Create comprehensive solution documentation, process flows, integration guides, and user guides.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and/or development
- 1+ years of experience with Litify, Box, S-Docs, Conga, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- 1+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, particularly via REST APIs
- 1+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features, customization, and administration
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Apex, JavaScript, HTML, Vue.js, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs
- 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM Tools: Data Loader, Force.com, IDE, Workbench, ANT Migration Tool, Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
- 1+ yearsf of experience working with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML)
- 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Salesforce certified (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant)
