POSITION OVERVIEW:

The SRM Program Manager leads and coordinates complex, cross functional programs that deploy and mature SRM (Strategic Revenue Management) practices across the organization. This role ensures SRM initiatives are aligned with divisional and enterprise goals, driving measurable business outcomes through structured program leadership, data driven insights, and best in class change management.

You will partner closely with commercial, brand, finance, and technical teams to embed SRM capabilities into business processes—supported by strong digital enablement and organizational adoption strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep program management experience, CPG acumen, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SRM programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SRM vision.
  • Partner with the SRM Lead to define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and governance structures.
  • Develop integrated program plans across multiple SRM projects including budgets, resources, timelines, and interdependencies.
  • Maintain all project documentation, reporting, risks, and communication protocols.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, integrating agile practices where applicable.
  • Partner with divisional leaders, brand/category teams, sales, finance, and other functions to ensure timely delivery of SRM projects.
  • Facilitate collaboration between SRM, commercial, digital, and technical teams to embed SRM processes into workflows and operating models.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SRM program activities, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment.
  • Oversee deployment of SRM levers across divisions and channels (Price, Promo, PPA, Mix/Assortment).
  • Drive capability building by socializing SRM standards, frameworks, best practices, and digital tools.
  • Monitor execution quality, refresh feedback loops, and drive post implementation optimization.
  • Support SRM capability, brand initiatives, and digital tool adoption.
  • Conduct deep analysis of SRM program performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Track, measure, and report financial impact of SRM initiatives—including KPIs, levers, and business drivers.
  • Use data tools (Excel, PowerBI, analytics platforms) to support storytelling, decision making, and reporting.
  • Lead change management activities to drive adoption of SRM methods, tools, and processes across commercial planning teams.
  • Develop communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness plans to support SRM deployment.
  • Anticipate risks and resistance; design mitigation strategies to ensure sustained adoption.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and adapt change plans based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions to build SRM awareness and capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop team members and project teams to strengthen SRM, program, and change capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Support the development of SRM-related systems, digital solutions, and process enhancements.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 to 7 years of program management / project management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is required.
  • PMP, Prosci, or other related certifications are preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional programs and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in sales, marketing, or finance.
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to transform data and insights into compelling program strategies.
  • Prior experience driving change management and organizational adoption in matrixed environments.
  • Experience with Agile, PMP, or program management frameworks and tools (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with syndicated, consumer, and financial data sources.
