Job Purpose

Enterprise Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance strategic priorities and strengthen enterprise execution discipline. This role brings structure to ambiguity, connects teams across the organization, and ensures projects deliver measurable business value.

The initial focus of this role will be on operations and supply chain initiatives – such as manufacturing transfers, capacity expansion, and operational readiness – as well as regulatory or compliance-driven projects. Over time, the scope is expected to expand into broader enterprise initiatives as business needs evolve.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise projects from initiation through closeout, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and outcomes.
  • Manage operations, supply chain, regulatory, and compliance initiatives including manufacturing transfers, production line installations or expansions, operational readiness efforts, and projects driven by regulatory, quality, safety, or compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers using PMO-approved tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and escalate risks early, including regulatory and compliance risks; implement mitigation or recovery actions to protect business continuity, compliance posture, and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate structured project reviews, readiness checkpoints, decision forums, regulatory or compliance milestones, and closeout activities.
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including plant, functional, compliance, and executive leadership.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial trade-offs in partnership with Finance.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, governance standards, documentation requirements, and reporting expectations, including those tied to regulatory and compliance obligations.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and model professional discipline, accountability, and execution rigor.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects of moderate to high complexity in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Planisware.
  • Strong communication, analytical problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills.
  • Strong financial literacy including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • PMP preferred, or the ability to obtain within 12 months.

Key Competencies

  • Project & Program Execution: Planning, scheduling, risk management, and consistent delivery.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Clear communication and collaboration across business units.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
  • Adaptability: Operates effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Leadership & Influence: Leads through clarity and professionalism regardless of reporting structure.
  • Continuous Improvement: Supports PMO maturity through standardization and process discipline.
