- 4–7+ years in B2B revenue marketing, enterprise, banking, or financial services
- Proven track record of owning and building scalable, revenue‑driving multi‑regional demand engines in complex, regulated financial markets aligned to sales priorities and segment strategy
- Familiarity with using AI‑driven marketing technologies to optimize demand generation performance, including AI‑enabled segmentation and predictive lead scoring within Marketing Automation Platforms, and Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) orchestration
- Ability to leverage intent data platforms (6sense) to prioritize high‑propensity accounts, enhance targeting precision, and accelerate pipeline velocity
- Experience applying revenue attribution and pipeline analytics to improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion and overall marketing contribution to new business growth
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence event strategy without owning execution
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization
- Experience partnering with sales and subject matter experts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Business degree in marketing, event management, or related discipline

- Regional Strategy & GTM Alignment
- Develop regional field marketing strategies that align with global segment priorities, sales needs, and marketing objectives
- Localize global campaigns, messaging, and content to ensure relevance for customers, industries, and markets in the region
- Provide insights from the region back into global teams to influence future content, messaging, and GTM motions
- Campaign Enablement & Localization
- Partner with product marketing and segment teams to ensure messaging accuracy and local market fit
- Ensure presentations, case studies, event narratives, talk tracks, whitepapers, or short‑form materials resonate in the region
- Support sales enablement with access to assets and materials tailored to priority sectors
- Champion local customer advocacy and employee advocacy programs
- Support Event Strategy
- Collaborate with local event lead and central events teams to shape event strategy for the region, including themes, audience targeting, content direction, and speaker guidance
- Provide regional insight to determine event selection, prioritization, and expected audience value
- Ensure event content aligns with global narratives while remaining locally relevant
- Support post‑event processes such as messaging for follow‑ups, content repurposing, and insights for future planning
- Demand & Account Strategy Support
- Support integrated marketing programs that activate demand in priority sectors or target accounts
- Leverage 6Sense to guide ABM initiatives using localized customer insights, competitive intelligence, and messaging
- Work closely with sales to align on pipeline gaps and influence marketing activities supporting high‑value opportunities
- Lead Management & Pipeline Acceleration
- Own lead flow execution including scoring, routing, and enrichment with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops
- Ensure smooth lead progression from MQL → Opportunity
- Influence and leverage nurture programs to improve lead velocity and pipeline quality
- Support post‑event follow‑up including automated communications and nurture workflows
- Manage lead capture, enrichment, routing, and triage from events for timely sales follow‑up
- Orchestrate post‑event engagement journeys to drive lead progression
- Stakeholder Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product marketing, content & campaigns teams, and central events to align plans, messaging, and content
- Serve as the regional marketing voice within global discussions, sharing insights and local requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with regional sales leaders to drive alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor performance of campaigns and event strategies within territory
- Provide regular reporting on marketing contributions to awareness, engagement, and influenced pipeline
- Recommend adjustments to strategy based on data and market feedback
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,200.00 - $164,050.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
