POSITION: Executive - Financial Services

REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager - Finance

LOCATION: Gurgaon

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Avery Dennison, a US based MNC, is looking for a Finance Executive for its Gurgaon based regional Shared Service Organization (SSO) in Receivable & Credit Role with experience of working in a similar environment of MNC company 

• This role would be a key role in SSO AR finance to perform Customer Claim Management, Monthly Closing & Reporting, Data Preparation, Analysis , Driving Automation and ELS in day to day activities. Some essential qualities required will include interaction and communication with stakeholders in commercial team and finance teams with geographically dispersed team, positive and problem solving approach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Primary responsibilities involve the issuance of Customer Claim  through our system. This process includes ensuring strict adherence to our defined approval policy and authority matrix, meticulously validating all calculations, and confirming that the correct approval hierarchy has been followed prior to issuance. Upon successful issuance, all relevant stakeholders are promptly notified.

• Sox Compliance requirement in regards to Credit/Debit note .

• Lead & Perform AR  closing activities Independently for various countries of AMEA

• Provide all data and adhere timeline to complete the deadline for various Audits & Internal  Review

• Emails and communications to all stakeholders in regards to daily routine activities.

• AR Balance sheet schedule Submission.

• Role  is responsible for making rectification entries related to accounts receivable, which includes handling invoicing corrections and freight-related issues.

 SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE PREFERENCE :

•  Mfg Pro software 

• Google Sheet & Google PPT

• Advance Excel ( Must to have) 

• Oracle Fusion

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders being a regional role with different countries .

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude 

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations

• A Keen eye for detail

• The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel , Word and PPT & Google Sheet, PPT

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in English language written and verbal both

• Quick learner

M.com / MBA having hand on experience in similar role in a MNC or in Shared Service organization
