The Senior Manager Marketing will drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth across Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, CIS, and Asia Pacific. This pivotal role involves executing strategies through Digital, PR, E-commerce, and Events while empowering our distribution network with Channel Marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director Senior, Sales - AMEAP, you'll lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team, bridging global strategy with local execution to deliver impactful business results. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance and development.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to align regional marketing strategies with overall company objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the region.
  • Develop regional marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively target the identified customer segments and drive engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, events, and advertising based on input from global marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement regional lead generation and nurturing programs to support sales efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and influencers within the region to enhance brand presence and generate opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, regularly assessing the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals and maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact regional marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key marketing performance indicators, trends, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the same industry or related sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Advanced leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and influencers at various levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable regional marketing plans and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
