DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strengthen product data integrity by ensuring all specifications, drawings, structures, standards, and software documents are accurate, consistent, and compliant.
  • Improve release quality through audits that reinforce adherence to Product Release standards, reducing errors and rework.
  • Enhance cross-functional alignment by educating engineering, marketing, services, and manufacturing teams on documentation standards and best practices.
  • Accelerate issue resolution by identifying and engaging the right internal stakeholders for documentation or requirement-related queries.
  • Standardize processes by developing and optimizing work instructions and practices for product requirements and change management.
  • Build organizational capability by training and mentoring less experienced Documentation Controllers, strengthening overall team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Data Acquisition: Prepares samples, verifies equipment calibration, and performs tests according to approved procedures to ensure reliable, trusted data.
  • Data Reporting: Documents testing methods, instrument settings, data, and analysis clearly to enable engineers and customers to draw accurate conclusions.
  • Product Configuration & Change Management: Establishes baselines for product artifacts, manages releases and changes from concept to obsolescence, and maintains the integrity of product artifact baselines.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions.
  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills in documentation, engineering, or a related field.
