Team Leader, Inside Sales

Your mission will be to lead and optimize the inbound sales team by leveraging Salesforce and data-driven strategies to efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities. This includes empowering the team through continuous coaching and development, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and implementing effective sales tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Team Leader, you will be responsible to:

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Regularly review the pipeline to identify and address bottlenecks and stalled opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to effectively move opportunities through the stages of the pipeline.

  • Salesforce Management:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce to ensure the platform is optimized for the sales team’s needs.
  • Train the sales team on using Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry and opportunity tracking.
  • Generate reports and analytics from Salesforce data to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Sales Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate the inbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve the sales team’s skills.
  • Conduct regular performance and pipeline review meetings with the team.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute inbound sales strategies to attract and convert prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Implement effective inbound sales tactics, such as personalized communication and proper lead follow-up.
  • Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
  • Create and present detailed reports on the sales team’s performance and pipeline status to senior management.
  • Use insights gained from analysis to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve inbound sales processes and team efficiency.
  • Implement additional tools and technologies to enhance pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure sales processes are scalable and can adapt to business growth.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for informed decision-making.
