Job Description and Requirements
Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Corporate Community Empowerment will be responsible for educating in-house legal teams on the importance of technology to solve their legal data challenges. This person will be the primary evangelist for Relativity to Corporate e-Discovery, legal operations, litigation, and investigation teams. This person will be a frequent author and speaker on topics that appeal to this audience and drive engagement. They will support a customer advisory board to identify critical topics of importance and areas of innovation for Corporate in-house teams
What You’ll Do
Relationship Building
Build relationships and strengthen existing relationships with in-house e-Discovery leaders, decision-makers, and stakeholders
Engage with customers on a variety of platforms, including social media, influencer platforms (eg. podcasts), and more
Keep a pulse on the industry and identify emerging priorities for corporate e-discovery teams
Lead the customer advisory board planning and engagement
Content Development
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to write and execute a content plan to support corporate segment marketing plans
Author articles, blog posts, and webinar content
Speak at a wide range of industry events and field marketing events
Product Evangelism
Ensure Relativity is properly represented to the Corporate audience
Identify and share best practices for product use cases and workflows
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in a corporate in-house environment leading investigations, legal operations, lit support, or related field
Understanding of the legal data intelligence industry and how Relativity solves corporate pain points and use cases
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with executive leadership
Demonstrated customer-centric mindset

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$155,000 and $233,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
