As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc
- Perform independent code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Initiate, lead, and deliver Salesforce projects, including maintaining a role in developing and designing architecture.
- Possess the ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects that may be reported because of faults in the production system.
- Participate in an Agile environment; daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, and identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years of total IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce UI and front-end technologies, including JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components
- 1+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and scheduled and batch classes, as well as declarative configuration
- Experience configuring and customizing at least one Salesforce platform module, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Knowledge
- Experience supporting at least one Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration, including Visualforce conversion, Lightning component development, and/or Lightning Design System implementation
- Experience using at least two application lifecycle, DevOps, or deployment tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or comparable tools
- Experience delivering at least one Salesforce integration using REST and/or SOAP APIs, OAuth, or Single Sign-On
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
Preferred:
- Certifications in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, AgentForce Specialist
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- 1+ years of experience leading code reviews, junior team members, or project workstreams in a delivery environment
- 1+ years of project Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud
- Experience implementing advanced Salesforce security models in complex, multi-role organizations
- Experience building secure public-facing Experience Cloud portals
- Experience designing scalable, high-volume, or asynchronous integration architecture
- Experience in Government and Public Sector
