Collaborate with Influencer Team Leads (Ambassador & Growth) and the Head of Influencer to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Serve as the primary IMC partner, translating integrated briefs into cohesive creator strategies that ladder into brand narratives
Build differentiated casting frameworks per brand, reflecting tone, persona, audience, and creator-brand fit
Oversee production for creator-led brand moments, ensuring talent deliverables, creative alignment, and content quality standards for organic and paid opportunities
Partner with the Ambassador team to source ambassador talent for campaigns, ensuring consistency and optimal utilization
Develop and refine channel-level reporting, aligning outcomes with key marketing goals and sharing insights across the organization
Manage a team of brand-aligned Senior Specialists supporting global influencer execution
Supply creator-generated content for paid media adaptations across geos, ensuring high-performing assets meet IMC needs
Collaborate with global markets to activate localized creators and scale campaigns internationally
Maintain brand safety and compliance, overseeing vetting, pricing logic, and content approvals
Develop creative toolkits and repeatable frameworks to raise quality and consistency in creator ecosystems
Experience and qualifications:
8–10+ years in digital/social marketing and influencer marketing
Exceptional project management skills with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global meetings across EMEA and APAC
Creative and resourceful, with a knack for crafting content that drives engagement and conversation
Strong writing and communication skills, including talent contract negotiation
Deep understanding of social media optimization and influencer trends.
Passion for travel, sports, and music is a plus
Adaptable and constructive when facing change, with an ability to simplify complexity and drive process efficiencies
High attention to detail, ensuring excellence in all aspects of work
