Skills and Competencies
- 4–5 years of experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance examination
- Strong proficiency in IT General Controls testing (Change Management, IT Operations, Logical Access Controls)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation, organization, and file‑management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields
Responsibilities
Support Global Compliance’s IT surveillance and monitoring activities by performing control testing, reporting, and tracking remediation efforts.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Execute testing of design and operating effectiveness for technology controls, IT general controls, and application controls
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management summarizing surveillance results and remediation status
- Track, validate, and report progress of remediation efforts triggered by compliance IT monitoring
- Collaborate with IT management on new technology implementations and integrate them into surveillance programs
- Participate in compliance‑related projects as needed

Our Global Compliance IT Surveillance & Monitoring team is responsible for overseeing technology‑related compliance risks through proactive monitoring, testing, and reporting. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and supports responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve oversight and efficiency in compliance operations.
