Play a pivotal role in safeguarding investor interests and ensuring the integrity of the financial markets by joining dynamic Department of Trustees, where you'll be at the forefront of protecting investments and pension funds. Our team meticulously verifies the Net Asset Value of Funds Investments through a combination of automated and manual controls and reconciliations. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of investment vehicles, from UCITS regulated funds to Private Equity and Real Estate and cooperate with the biggest Financial Intermediaries, Brokers, Counterparties, Transfer Agents across the world (500+ list), central banks and governments.

We’re currently on the lookout for a Investments Funds Reconciliation Analyst, reporting directly to Reconciliations & Proofing Manager, to help us scale and support the growth of our operations. Your Future Responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring Compliance: Providing a high-quality depositary monitoring service to ensure clients comply with regulatory rules.
• Building Relationships: Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and third-party administrators through clear and concise communication.
• Driving Results: Clarifying and resolving data inconsistencies and implementing process improvements.
• Acting as an Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring quality and compliance across all business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Leading with Confidence: Proactively manage a diverse range of discrepancies, conduct independent investigations, and leverage a strong internal network to resolve complex issues.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Your insights will directly influence process improvements, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for:

• 2-5 years of professional experience within the financial sector (ex. Depository, Trustee, Funds, Custody, Accounting)
• Advanced English skills (B2/C1 written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive environment
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
