We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Air ADM Commissions Specialist. This role is critical in managing airline debit memos (ADMs) and ensuring accurate commission handling to minimize revenue impact. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with air industry expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Air ADM Commissions Specialist, role is part of the Air Revenue Governance team within the Travel Partnerships and Media (TPA) division at Expedia Group. This team provides day-to-day operational support to key industry partners and internal stakeholders, managing all aspects of revenue governance through settlement, reconciliation, and audit processes. In this role, your technical expertise and passion for air operations will be essential in enhancing the experience for both travelers and travel partners.

In this role, you will:

• Review, analyze, and resolve airline debit memos (ADMs) and related commission discrepancies.

• Investigate root causes of ADMs and implement corrective actions to reduce future occurrences.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and accuracy in commission processes.

• Monitor and report on ADM trends, providing actionable insights to drive revenue protection.

• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risk.

Experience and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in airline operations, revenue accounting, or similar roles.

• Hands-on experience with Debit Memo management or comparable reconciliation processes.

• Strong air industry knowledge and understanding of commission structures.

• Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A smart self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.

• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.

• Passion for reducing revenue impact and driving operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with airline settlement systems (e.g., BSP, ARC).

• Advanced Excel or data analysis capabilities.

• Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and commission workflows.
