Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving Relativity aiR and Extend product sales across Law Firm and Corporate segments in North America.
Build and deepen executive relationships with a strategic customer base to help influence their long-term technology and decisions
Manage entire sales-cycles for adding on AI products, including leading product demos, department presentations, and negotiating terms and understanding associated legal and business risks (includes presenting multi-year agreements to C-level executives)
Lead detailed product adoption strategy for each account, in partnership with our product, enablement, and customer success teams.
Inform Relativities G2M strategy for launching new products in North America, in coordination with Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering.
Coordinate global sales opportunities with sales reps around the world
Qualifications
5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience within an enterprise software company.
eDiscovery and SaaS sales experience
Experience in complex solution selling or customer success management (i.e. experience selling solutions that required the end client to realign certain business processes)
Consistent success in territory planning, strategic account planning, and quota achievement
High degree of comfort with public speaking and giving presentations.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between following values
$180,000 and $268,500The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
